The group is an affiliation of Fine Arts Ceramics students formed to raise the profile of ceramics within RMIT  and to encourage students to participate in events and activities to improve their experience while studying. Activities include attending conferernces, exhibitions and interstate events. A key focus of the Association is to assist 3rd year students with their final exhibition particularly fundraising for the event.
