Currently International students are unable to obtain concession cards in Victoria.
While it’s common to see Uni’s treat students as cash cows, charging huge up-front fees, this is an example of the State Government cashing-in on hard working students and displays the inequity that exists in our society.
The RMIT Student Union ultimately wants to change these discriminatory State Government laws, but we'll need your help. So tell your friends and get involved in the campaign.

International Students Collective (RAIS)
The International Students Collective is an awesome place for local and international students to come together and make lifelong friends.
As a part of the Student Union, the International Students Collective is a way for international students to get their opinions and ideas heard by the rest of the university community.
The Collective is a base of operations for the fight for equality between local and international students, so that international students are given the same rights and privileges. Campaigns are planned by the collective, and are then run by the Student Union, in hopes of making international students' lives at RMIT better.
For the dates, times and venues of Collective meetings contact: Kathy Leewai – International Students Officer, raispresident@rmit.edu.au
