Your at University to study, meet new people and have a good time. So the last thing you should have to deal with is someone getting in your face, making comments behind your back or generally making life miserable.
RMIT and RUSU do not stand for any form of bullying, sexism, homophobia, racism, militarism, religious intolerance or discrimination, and so neither should you.
If you see or experience anything that is "just not ok" you should report it to a teacher, lecture, head of school or your student union.
But what if someone points the finger at you? There are policies to deal with student discipline and also natural justice. Everyone has the write to be treated as innocent until found guilty, these policies protect that right.
